Business Analyst5 Years of Experience required£373 per day – Plus holiday payNorthamptonOur client, a Global Management consultancy has recently won a project in the Northampton area. They are looking for a Business Analyst for the Identity and Verification deliverables aligned to the CDD Project. 5 years plus experience is required for this role. Must be available to start immediately. The hybrid model followed with 2-3 days per week working on site.Skills for this role:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding and identifying suitable options to resolve complex issues

• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to simply convey complex concepts and solutions to stakeholders and internal project teams

• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk identification and stakeholder management

• Regulatory compliance knowledge to ensure proposed designs adhere to regulation

• Strong technical skills in relation to CDD technology, data and processes

Must haves:

• Experience working within the Financial Services Industry and working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and or/Regulatory Change project

• Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans, liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams, drafting and presenting design papers)

• Understanding of core CDD, AML processes and supporting technology

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and delivering change to ID&V processes and technology

• Experience working within the Retail Banking sector
