Location: WarsawHybrid Model: minimum 3 days from the office in Warsaw per weekBusiness areaGlobal Finance Services (GFS) is at the heart of the AZ Finance function. We are accountable to the AZ Group for the design and delivery of high quality, simple to operate transactional finance processes which combined with exceptional business analysis and insight, enable our customers to focus on AZ’s strategic priorities. Our remit covers record to report, procure to pay and order to cash, tax, planning and forecasting and management reporting.Role ProfileAs a Business Analyst you will provide expertise to ensure the financial reporting of the companies’ business change initiatives are correctly reflected and will be the main point of contact for the business. You will be required to work across geographies, teams and business areas to coordinate and analyze data from a variety of sources and provide information and reports to key internal and external stakeholders. Within the role you will be required to identify and drive continuous improvements as well as ensuring that the wider business changes affecting the process are implemented as well as supporting and mentoring the Business Analysts in both their day to day activities and personal development.Your core deliverables will include:
