You will act as the interface between users (internal and clients) and technical teams to ensure the accurate translation of needs into concrete, reliable, and scalable solutions.Your main responsibilities :

• Participate in the functional design of digital products.
• Formalize detailed functional specifications based on business needs.
• Take part in workshops with clients to gather requirements and design new features.
• Write clear and actionable user stories for development teams.
• Contribute to software quality improvement by defining and maintaining test plans (functional and regression).
• Organize and manage test campaigns (execution, anomaly tracking, validation).
• Maintain a functional data model and be able to query databases for verification.

• Good command of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing and maintaining a product backlog.
• Ability to formalize, challenge, and structure business requirements.
• Experience writing clear and structured functional specifications.
• Aptitude for designing user-oriented features (UX & business value).
• Analytical mindset and thorough documentation skills.
• Maintain a functional data model and be able to query databases for verification.
• Knowledge of data models and ability to evolve them.

Technical Skills :

• Experience with functional testing tools.
• Mastery of test plans and their execution.
• Knowledge of software validation processes.
• Ability to query databases (SQL or equivalent).

• Backend : C# .Net 6 et 8, Typescript
• Frontend : Javascript, REACT, Vue.js
• Bases de données : MongoDB Atlas, InfluxDB
• Plateforme cloud : Microsoft Azure (AppServices, Azure Function, LogicApp, Service Bus…)
• Gestion de configuration : Git sur Azure DevOps
• CI/CD : Azure DevOps pipelines
• Déploiement / Provisionning : Terraform

• Relevé de temps : Clockify

General Skills :

• Good understanding of the energy sector and its challenges.
• Comfortable with numerical data: scales, units, simple calculations.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.

Education / Experience :

• Master’s degree (engineering school, business school with IT specialization, or equivalent).
• Between 6 and 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
