Job Title: Business Analyst
Contract Length: Initial 3 months (possibility of extension)
Location: Hybrid – London (2-3 days per week onsite)
Rate: £450-£540 per day (Outside IR35)About the Client:
Our client is a boutique InsureTech consultancy specializing in business transformation consulting across the insurance sector. They work with some of the top insurance companies to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver solutions across the industry.Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance to support a major transformation program. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating target operating models, mapping processes, and engaging with key stakeholders, particularly underwriters, to optimize underwriting processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including underwriters, to understand and document business requirements.
• Develop and implement target operating models and process improvements in line with business goals.
• Create and draft process flows, ensuring clear, detailed documentation.
• Analyze and document underwriting processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with overall transformation objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong insurance industry experience is essential, with a particular focus on underwriting processes.
• Proven ability to develop target operating models and streamline business processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with underwriters and other business leaders.
• Proficient in process mapping and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
• Previous experience in business transformation within the insurance sector is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• Duration: Initial 3-month contract (potential for extension)
• Rate: £450-£540 per day (Outside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in London, with flexibility for remote work.
