• Extensive experience (+7 years) in a leading accounting / financial services companies.
• Experience in IT Project Managment with exposure to one of the technical skills, such as; ETL tools: SAS, Python, Informatica, ODI, relational database – Oracle, SQL, Big Data.
• Understanding of data models and impacts on upstream and downstream systems
• Financial & Regulatory Reporting knowledge.
• Exposure in change and automation projects.
• Strong communication, navigation and stakeholder managment skills.

Nice to have: Experience in participating in internal / external systems auditsWe are looking for Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our client project in Integrity of Regulatory Reporting. Your task will be to build a small (up to 5 people), highly specialized team that guarantees full compliance of reports with regulatory requirements, working closely with key teams in the organization. ,[Creating a strategy for preparing high-quality documents, Demonstrating compliance with regulations within the IRR (Integrity of Regulatory Reporting) program with focus on the accuracy of non-model-based calculations, Establishing a team of up to 5 people (the team will be responsible for ensuring report compliance with regulatory requirements), Close cooperation with leaders from various IRR project areas (particular emphasis on working with the PRA team, responsible for regulations), Ensuring solutions meet the expectations of the most important stakeholders in the organization, including subject matter experts, Defining the approach to project implementation, Transparent reporting of work status, Presenting progress and identified risks during management meetings, Personal accountability for team mobilization and effectiveness] Requirements: Business analysis, Project management, Financial and Regulatory Reporting , Audits, ETL, SAS, Python, RDBMS, SQL Additionally: Integration events, Private healthcare, Sport subscription, Life & group insurance, Home office budget.
