Key Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT,
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and developing web applications,
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and prioritize client needs,
• Proven experience in system integrations and functional consulting,
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, strong understanding of each approach;
• Advanced English communication skills, both client-facing and internal,
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for technology and solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the e-learning sector, particularly with LMS systems,
• Knowledge of Moodle or Totara platforms.
