• Participating in international IT projects
• Organising, facilitating and leading workshops and alignment meetings with various internal and external stakeholders in a global, and fast-paced environment
• Analysing business processes and advising the product owner on the resulting requirements
• Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
• Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Working closely together with the entire product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
• Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility

Your ProfileWhat you bring with you.

• In-depth understanding of retail buying processes in retail (ideally within a discount environment)
• Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirement analysis
• Knowledge of requirement- gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
• Experience working in an agile team
• Excellent communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
• Experience working in an international project setting
• Self-driven work approach and leadership skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Desirable extras.

• Basic understanding of process optimisation
• Good knowledge of buying processes within a multicategory retail company (discount experience preferred)
