As business analist/project manager healthcare, you monitor the business and its workforce management, you support the business users and lead projects in order to ensure the current and future good functioning of the department Healthcare.This entails the analysis of business needs, data, business process & tools, use those results to drive new tactics, improvements and projects.You support the business in the necessary change management linked to the digitization of the processes (f.i. Gen AI projects).
As coordinator in change, you facilitate the collaboration between the business- and IT stakeholders.You frequently work in conjunction with operations, the center of excellence and management and you ensure the communication of relevant information between the different involved parties.Key Responsibility 1: Business monitoring, workforce management and support
Objective: For both external and internal clients, to produce and implement reports and workforce planning. Provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management. Thanks to the analysis, work in close collaboration with the business in order to guarantee an optimal productivity, efficiency and quality of service. Gather and analyse user needs and problems concerning administration applications and extranet, and formulate proposals for a solution. Write/update instructions with the aim of achieving the most optimal way of handling our business. Within the framework of his area of competence, to provide answers to questions/problems of his colleagues/users while taking into account the rules and procedures established by the department.Key Responsibility 2: Achieving project objectives by planning/evaluating and implementing activities
Objective: In collaboration with the management, to accompany projects in its technical field * Actively investigate and respond to the wishes and needs of internal and external customers and work with the internal customer to find appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibility 3: Projectmanagement
Objective: Lead and guide projects * Guide projectmembers
Key Responsibility 4 : Ensure contact and coordination with IT
Objective: To be the link between business and IT * Detecting current and future automation/Digitalization needs. Gather and analyse user needs and problems concerning administration applications and extranet, and formulate proposals for a solution.
