Business Analyst – Strategic Change – Liverpool/Hybrid – £38,205 – £44,264.Are you an experienced Business Analyst, with specific skills in change management, process mapping and experience working within a business change environment.We are working with one of the largest employers in Liverpool who deliver IT to 30,000 unique users. They are a fantastic, human centric organisation, with people at the heart of everything they do.The Strategic Change department is responsible for handling the major transformational organisation wide projects. You will be part of the team responsible for working on these. You will manage the delivery of business analysis activities relating to the Strategic Change portfolio which includes technical and non-technical initiatives.You will be an agent of change, acting as a conduit between the business and programme/project teams to ensure a mutual understanding of requirements and goals, assisting project teams to deliver strategic objectives.Not only will you be working for a large-scale, enterprise level, world-renowned orgnisation, you will also receive fantastic benefits working there. • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst both independently on projects and collaboratively within a project team.
• Proven experience of requirements elicitation, analysis and validation using a variety of techniques.
• Experience of using relevant techniques for business situation analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Proven experience of planning and facilitating workshops, meetings, interviews and focus groups, challenging views and opinions where appropriate.
