Our purpose is to generate direct business value for DSV’s group functions by building digital products and microservices that are in line with DSV’s digital strategy.The position is based in DSV HQ in Hedehusene.As our business analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and assisting the shaping of DSV´s sustainability solutions, enabling them to handle the challenges of an increasingly complex and global setup. To succeed, you will collaborate closely with business owners and colleagues across DSV’s global organization. This will give you a unique opportunity to develop a broad network and exposure throughout the company. Your main task will be analyzing and mapping complex business problems/processes and translate this into requirements and together with the development team define the IT solutions. This includes:

• Acting as a liaison between business and IT department, bridging the communication.
• Understanding the business needs, eliciting requirements, and effectively communicating requirements to the IT team.
• Utilizing or broadening your technical and functional knowledge and experience to assess processes, suggest improvements, create specifications, and support implementation of solutions.
• Facilitating discussions within IT development teams and with the business to ensure a clear understanding of deliverables and to identify the best solutions.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of preparing and defining requirements for the projects and supporting them to successful completion.
• Enabling, coordinating, and participating in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, building relationships, and aligning with stakeholders across the organization.

Sustainability FocusYour role will have a particular emphasis on our Sustainability Suite (CO2 Service, CO2 Bank & other), therefore understanding of ESG processes will be considered an advantage.Your QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we expect the following qualifications:

• A degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably within the IT or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex business processes and systems.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in eliciting requirements, creating specifications, and working closely with development teams.
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis and required tools & certifications
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite
