Who we are looking forState Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Business Analyst, Vice President to play a key role in leading complex technical business analysis efforts to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the organization. This technical role focuses on advanced requirements analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the development of comprehensive functional specifications to support critical business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.What you will be responsible for

• Conduct in-depth technical and business analysis to identify trends, insights, and requirements.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation.
• Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Design and implement advanced reporting solutions, data models, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on system integration and enhancements.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging technical expertise to recommend solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical business analysis, with advanced expertise in data analysis and requirements gathering.
