Apply today for a life-changing career!The PositionAs a Business Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in offering recommendations derived from your analysis and gathered data. You will work closely with Product Managers, R&D, Finance, and Commercial Excellence. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Identify actionable opportunities and insights to steer strategic initiatives that will shape the product pipeline.
• Take ownership of product pipeline forecasting.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to provide insights and pinpoint commercial opportunities and risks.
• Craft compelling business cases and offer recommendations on pivotal strategic decisions derived from your analyses.
• Engage in market research by gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources, including market reports. Monitor market trends on a regular basis.

Taking the lead on data analysis and models, you will contribute to unified commercial recommendations concerning project feasibility and proof of business.The role is based in Køge with the flexibility to work from home some days per week.QualificationsWe realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• A Master’s degree in business, finance, or another relevant field.
• Several years of experience in business insights and analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Solid experience with financial tools and key measures (NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.).
• Proficiency in creating engaging presentation materials and effectively conveying analysis and recommendations.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.

Your strong planning skills and strategic mindset enable you to prioritize effectively and maintain a focus on strategic objectives. You can stand behind your numbers and recommendations, and you are skilled at working collaboratively and effectively communicating with stakeholders.About the DepartmentYou will join the New Product Marketing department within the Sales & Marketing area, where our primary responsibility is to introduce new products to the market. Our focus is on identifying industry trends and opportunities, gathering and analyzing data to provide well-founded business and strategic recommendations to the organization, while collaborating closely with other departments across the organization.
