As our Business Applications Manager, you’ll drive impactful initiatives across three key pillars: managing our Wynne ERP system during a critical transition, advancing our AI roadmap and implementing initiatives to improve our data maturity. You’ll have the chance to collaborate across departments, shape the process to turn ideas into business value, and make a lasting impact on our data-driven decision-making.ContextWe are looking for a Business Applications Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our business applications team, ensuring effective use and development across three core pillars: Wynne ERP, AI & automation and data.You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our legacy ERP system (Wynne) while supporting our organization through the SPARK ERP transition. You will also harness the full potential of AI and data to enhance business processes and provide valuable insights to our regional teams.You will report to the VP Business Control.What’s in it for you?

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a skilled team of 7 people, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective performance across the three pillars (Wynne ERP, AI and data).
  • Wynne ERP Legacy Management: Oversee our legacy Wynne ERP system, ensuring the team remains committed and productive throughout the transition. Manage ongoing business and legal projects within Wynne to meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • AI & Automation Development: Advance our AI roadmap, building partnerships and establishing governance structures. Drive structured project management to turn the potential of AI into business-driven initiatives.
  • Data Excellence & Self-Service BI: Champion data accuracy and accessibility through dashboard optimization and a robust infrastructure for self-service BI. Coach regional teams to leverage data efficiently, ensuring they have the tools and training to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge with other teams, including PT-IT and SPARK. Ensure effective communication, governance and alignment on projects, priorities, and resource needs to support overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your ability to communicate, influence, and align diverse perspectives will be critical.

Experience requirements

  • Proven experience in leading teams, ideally within business applications, IT, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and data analytics, with a focus on project management and governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels in our organization.
  • Ability to foster a positive, motivated team culture, even during transitional periods.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for AI and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with different cultures in an international business environment is a must
  • A good command of English is essential.
