• Supports the creation and implementation of the Group Industrial & Corporate Services strategy by coordination of selected projects of Group relevance. Ensures that synergies across the Group are captured and overlaps eliminated through continuous monitoring, alignment and preparation of specific reports for Group Industrial & Corporate Services Vice President or Senior Management.
• Supports the Industrial & Corporate Services in organization transformation & development by driving communication, owning selected projects, gathering feedback and preparing relevant metrics.
• Coordinates and supports the preparation of Group Industrial & Corporate Services relevant financial analysis, decision-making materials.
• Collects, organizes, evaluates and interprets business, operation or organization related information according to the need of Group Industrial & Corporate Services Vice President to enhance performance management.
• Manages preparation, communication and execution of selected events relevant for key stakeholders (internal and external) and constantly ensures understanding of explicit and implicit rules guiding these interactions.
• Fosters the communication of Industrial & Corporate Services Vice President within the organization.
• Facilitates the preparation of Industrial & Corporate Services reviews, conducts the preparation and visualization of data, proactively organizes those and ensures relevant stakeholders are prepared and proper materials are created by the different suborganizations.
• Responsible for the coordination and/or management of selected projects assigned by the Group Industrial & Corporate Services Vice President.

Education, skills, experiences:

• University or college degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of economical background preferably in multination environment is a must
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Driving licence.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
