Business Continuity Management Expert position entails end to end responsibility of business continuity process on local level and acting as local primary contact for UniCredit Group!What you’ll be doing

• Conduct business impact assessments to identify critical processes and required resources, maintain the existing ones
• Facilitate the creation / maintain business continuity strategy and detailed plans
• Maintain local business continuity and crisis management frameworks in line with Group regulations and local laws and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating and supporting business and management during the responses to business continuity events/incidents, manage the timely escalation
• Perform reporting to local management and group functions
• Support internal and external audits regarding business continuity management topics
• Coordinating the participation in DR exercises

What you’ll need to succeed

• Independent work
• Professional expertise in Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience Management, incident management
• English proficiency
• Degree in Computer Science / Security related preferred, certification in BCM is advantage
• Advanced level in usage of office tools is required
• General knowledge in bank processes is required
