Our client is the Italian subsidiary of a European Bank.The Business & Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting the credit activities within Lending Milan as member of the Europe, Asia, and Africa (EAA) region; joins best practice sharing and training activities, supports colleagues in execution of credit requests and assessments, and joins Lending EAA in projects and change initiatives in close cooperation with global product lines.

• Support the client teams on credit requests and assessments (a.o. customer due diligence, sustainability analysis)
• Support business initiatives and origination
• Adhere to procedures and materials for Lending EAA (a.o. ways of working, best practice sharing, issue management)
• Join the training events of the EAA Lending Academy
• Perform sample testing activities for Lending EAA that provide the necessary insights for improvement initiatives
• Support Lending EAA in change and implementation projects in close cooperation with global product lines
