Key Responsibilities:

As our Business Developer, you’ll drive our expansion in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the region.
* Cultivating strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other key partners.
* Leveraging your network to source high-quality rental properties tailored to our clients’ needs.
* Guiding corporate clients through every step-from initial contact to contract signing.
* Tracking local market trends and providing actionable insights to keep us ahead.

What You Bring

* Fluency in Dutch and English .
* Experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* An entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, self-driven, and results-focused.
* Ability to work remotely.
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Netherlands.
