This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for outbound sales and a strong understanding of clinical research services.You will play a key role in expanding our Biometrics client base, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders across the industry.Job DescriptionClient Acquisition & Relationship Building路 Proactively identify and engage potential clients through a variety of channels: online research, conferences, referrals, cold outreach, networking, and professional directories.路 Schedule and lead discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions, in collaboration with the VP of Biometrics Outsourcing and the Operations team.路 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Market & Service Expertise路 Develop a deep understanding of our Biometrics and Clinical service offerings, industry trends, client profiles, and common challenges.路 Be aware of market dynamics and developing trends to anticipate client needs and position our services effectively.Collaboration & Execution路 Work closely with Biometrics Operations and the Commercial team to ensure seamless handling of opportunities and proposals.路 Clearly communicate service value, pricing rationale, and timelines to prospective clients.路 Support internal alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.Business Growth & Reporting路 Contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into opportunities and closing deals.路 Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.REQUIREMENTS路 Proven experience in a client-facing or sales role, ideally within the clinical research or life sciences sector.路 At least 5 years of experience in clinical research or related fields (e.g., clinical recruitment or talent acquisition).路 Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus路 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand client needs.路 Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.路 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.路 Comfortable working in a globally distributed team with diverse backgrounds and cultures.路 Analytical thinking and close attention to detail.Languages EnglishEducation Bachelor of Science (BS): Biology, Bachelor of Science (BS): Life SciencesContract Type Regular
