It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Business Development AnalystAbout the RoleThis role sits within Commercial Excellence team, reporting to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager.This role is responsible for leading data & analytics agenda in the organization, with full responsibility for sales and customer reporting. The person supports development of data ecosystem which facilitates drawing high quality insights. The role provides analytical support by processing data and providing market insight for Sales Team and Commercial Excellence Team to ensure Haleon is making optimal decisions, especially regarding sales KPIs, customer segmentation and targeting.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide high quality sales reporting with best in class usability and navigation (Power BI platform)Analyze data and deliver data-driven insights that support business decisionsSupport sales initiatives, KPIs and customer segmentationImprove sales data quality and processesTranslate business needs into technical requirementsCoordinate cooperation with wide range of external data suppliersWhy you?Basic Qualifications:Academic degree, minimum Bachelor; preferably in mathematics, statistics, econometric or economyFluent in Polish and EnglishBackground in analytics, sales force effectiveness, sales or related fieldKnowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI platform as a mustStrong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insightsExperience in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry( including pharmacy channel)Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation with a can-do attitude mindsetDemonstrated ability to work in partnership with different stakeholders across the organizationStrong communications skillsCollaborative, consumer driven, proactive, challenging status quo mindsetPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be an additional advantage:Knowledge of PhytonAbility to lead multifunctional projectsBeing up to date with new digital tools supporting both reporting and route to marketExperiences in Segmentation & Targeting processes for any sales representatives teamsOpportunities for growthImproving everyday health takes dedication.
