You will have the opportunity to grow your career while developing personally and professionally through various resources and programmes.As Business Development Analyst (data intelligence) you will join the Business Development department focusing on the business acquisition process with lead generation objectives.The successful candidate is a key team member with essential business, analytical and technology knowledge. Together with the Market Head Business Growth & Transformation you create a clear long term data-intelligence strategy to identify business opportunities for Puilaetco with both existing and prospective clients in the segment of (U)HNWI and liquidity events to strengthen the organic growth of the private bank.This position reports directly to the Market Head Business Growth & Transformation.Key Accountabilities

• Identification of new business opportunities supported by advanced data and analytics technologies.
• Development of a commercial data and analytics strategy for Quintet Private Banking that will help us to grow in terms of data-driven maturity.
• Development and further expansion of the different lead generation channels (online and offline), in close cooperation with the private banking teams and other departments such as marketing.
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with technical profiles such as data scientists and data engineers within Quintet Private banking.
• Cultivate big data projects among stakeholders.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring of lead generation activities, ensuring the conversion of leads in specific target groups.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience and skills in driving an organization for growth, from a perspective of processes in terms of marketing, sales and product, as well as from a people perspective.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experiences in luxury services or financial services industry are an asset.
