Role Responsibilities:

* Spearhead strategic initiatives to broaden the company’s presence across Central and Eastern European markets, aligning with the mission of healthcare transformation through AI innovation.
* Foster and nurture strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and bolstering the company’s industry prominence.
* Actively engage with leadership to influence decisions, ensuring your contributions shape the company’s path forward.

Requirements:

* Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
* Multiple years of experience in business development or sales within the medical device industry, with experience selling medical software to hospitals, ideally AI software.
* Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and CRM proficiency, vital for effective customer relationship management.
* Fluent level of English is required and Czech / Polish / other EU languages are a plus.
