A Business Development Manager job has just become available at a growing property improvement company. They are a trusted name in homes and business across York, Harrogate, Ripon, and beyond. This is a hybrid role, working 2/3 days per week in the office.

THE ROLE:

– As our Business Development Manager, you won’t just be selling services—you’ll be building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving real growth

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Previous sales experience is essential
– You’ll thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making things happen
– Selling is second nature —not through pushy tactics, but by understanding people, creating trust, and offering solutions that genuinely fit
– You get a buzz from turning a conversation into a lasting partnership

SALARY & BENEFITS:

– £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
– £40,000 – £50,000 on target earnings
– 20 days holiday + public holidays
– Pension
– Car mileage allowance.
