  • Develop and grow a client base across care homes, hospitals, hotels, prisons, community centers, and industrial laundries
  • Sell complex, tailor-made technical solutions rather than off-the-shelf products
  • Manage long-term sales cycles that can span several months to years
  • Build and nurture strong relationships through consistent, structured follow-up
  • Identify market opportunities and create strategic entry plans in Western Europe
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client processes and offering the right solutions
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to shape customer proposals
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits
  • Travel frequently within Western Europe (approx. 40-50%)
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to international business growth
  • Proven commercial background in industrial laundry or a related technical sector, with at least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong technical-commercial mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions
  • Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and driven by results, with a structured and persistent approach to long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English – additional European languages are a strong asset
  • Willing to travel frequently and capable of managing priorities across multiple markets with professionalism and discipline
  • A challenging and independent role in a specialized industrial environment
