We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales of flexible office solutions in Poland. This is an inside-sales role focused on calling, prospecting, and closing deals with companies of 200+ employees.

Your Experience
* Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
* Experienced in selling to enterprise clients
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Fluent in Turkish and English
Your Responsibilities
* Actively prospect and secure new enterprise clients
* Conduct calls, follow-ups, and manage multiple leads
* Progress opportunities through the full sales cycle to close
* Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reporting
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
* Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities
