You will start in an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients. At the same time, you will work together with experienced managers in your region on the strategic development of accounts, the acquisition of projects and can thus acquire specific industry knowledge.Key responsibilities ✨

• Account mapping: Identify prospects, stakeholders and represent the relationship in a visual way. Based on this exercise, you will work together with the KAMs defining the key personas targeted and the strategy for the next months.
• Research and identify potential clients: You’ll use different tools to conduct in-depth research to understand the specific challenges, needs, and goals of specific individuals and teams within target enterprise accounts.
• Stay informed and leverage market insights/trends and understanding of the customer/industry landscape to develop and communicate an effective strategy for outreach and to identify/qualify potential opportunities.
• You will ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and our sales team in various industries. You will ensure that the sales team is well-prepared for the meeting and that potential clients receive the information they need.
• Utilize all available channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to contact potential clients to verify your findings and strategies
• By experimenting with new content, channels and tools, you gradually improve our customer approach
• You develop and communicate best practices within the team and thus ensure a lively exchange of knowledge
• You work closely with colleagues from Spain and our international teams and are an ambassador of our great team spirit.

About you 🧑‍🚀

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study
• Ideally first experience in a B2B environment (incl. internships) with a high affinity for the tech industry.
• SaaS product company experience is a nice to have
• Strong hunting mentality, team spirit and willingness to deliver
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Parallel work on different projects is no problem for youYou are creative, a real team player and enjoy working in an international environment
• Organization and time management skillsCuriosity, intellectual flexibility and willingness to achieve objectives Entrepreneurial mindsetFluent in English

• First call with (Talent Acquisition Manager) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30 minutes)
• Interview with your future manager to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role. (45-60 minutes)
• Case Study in order to assess your technical skills. (45-60 minutes)
• Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision. (30-45 minutes)
