• Business Partnering support to CFO, Chief Administration Officer, Head of HR and Chief Risk Officer
• Functional budgeting and forecasting
• Co-ordination of functional efficiency savings and incremental spend requests
• Monthly expense tracking and reporting
• Transactional analysis, investigation and deep dive analysis where required
• Extensive use of analytical tool Power BI
• Ad hoc analysis as required by Head of FP&A and Business Finance and Director, Business Finance
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
• Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Partnering with Senior Stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational/administrative management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have skills

• Proficient with Power BI
• Able to work independently to research, analyse, synthesize, and present complex qualitative and quantitative data clearly
• Able to understand the objectives and priorities of the business
• Ability to work efficiently within a global team
