Our Client is an international leading provider of innovative and flexible Leasing solutions. Active in more than 40 Countries, the Company specializes in Industry, Product and Asset knowledge, particularly in the Transportation, Industrial Equipment and Technology Markets. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:BUSINESS & FINANCIAL ANALYSTThe ideal Candidate is a Professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, within the banking financial or audit sectors. We are looking for a Business/Financial Analyst to join the Finance team, with a particular focus on reporting, cost and revenue management, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making support. In particular:

• Collection and analysis of commercial statistics and market trends to describe strategic business evolution.

• Preparation and analysis of commercial and financial reports to support management in evaluating business performance.

• Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as New Business Volume and New Business Margin.

• Cost and revenue analysis of financial services, identifying trends and proposing operational improvements.

• Management and updating of budget and forecast reports related to business KPI.

• Assisting in the preparation of regulatory and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders (leasing association).

• Collaboration with sales and various business units to gather data needed for reporting (e.g. CSR Reporting)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or assimilated field.

• Strong knowledge in finance, accounting and controlling.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office suite.

• Strong reliability, analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and manage multiple deadlines.

• Knowledge of banking regulations (appreciated).
