Description de fonctionStrong business & functional analytical skills of at least 5 yearsSound knowledge of the UML modeling languageKnowledge of Business Process Modeling techniques (including Role Activity Diagrams) & BPMNAbility to communicate with different levels: business, management, development, ICT operationsKnowledge of software engineering processes and techniques (change management, analysis, iterative developments, test cycles, deployments…)Problem solverFluent in Dutch, French and good knowledge of EnglishAssertiveness Profil

• documentation-communication tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
• modeling tools (UML based CASE tools like Enterprise Architect)
• change and configuration management tools
• project reporting tools (timesheet reporting)
• Able to do bottom-up research for problem diagnostics and / or requirements impact analysis
• Experienced in SCRUM & best as SCRUM Master
• Experienced in ITIL or similar
