With our visionary Forward ’28 strategy, we are modernising our IT landscape for our core pension system to focus even more on customer needs and sustainable technology.Your RoleAs one of our new Business and Functional Specialists, you will play a vital role in turning strategy into real-world results in the squad you are joining. You will:

• Guide important strategic initiatives in close collaboration with our business areas
• Drive and coordinate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning together with the Product Owner, to advance our agile transition
• Contribute to defining and prioritising the backlog to enhance overall efficiency in our work and delivery
• Work in a complex IT environment and contribute to continuous improvement

Meet the Pension Core ClusterTo implement our strategic objectives, we require additional professionals with solid pension expertise to drive the transformation of the Pension Core systems. Our squads consist of 10-14 colleagues, each contributing to the portfolio’s delivery. All roles are represented within each squad, ensuring the agile framework operates efficiently. We place a high value on collaboration, clear communication, and a positive work atmosphere.About YouWe anticipate you will recognise yourself in some of the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Danish Pension industry through education or work experience
• Experience with agile frameworks is encouraged
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Commitment and motivation to achieve goals
• Ability to align business needs with technology requirements
• Effective written and oral communication (Danish and English), collaboration skills, and a structured approach
