The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the dewatering and submersible pumps field, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving sustainable growth for the company in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Angola.Mission

• Responsible for translating and implementing divisional strategy to regional business development strategy.
• Elaborate and implement an ambitious plan to achieve strong profitable growth.
• Led the team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by adapting our organization and our processes.
• to the needs of customers through direct, rental, and dealer channels.
• Develop a comprehensive full potential plan to increase the velocity of capturing market share.
• Ensure that our sales channels understand and implement the strategy.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and training for necessary competence levels to increase the hit rate.
• P&L responsibility of Portable Flow in the South Europe Region.
• Develop and implement a pricing strategy in the region.
• Actively manage key customer relations.
• Product input for local customizations and new or improved products.
• Liaise with the division on technical issues.
• Analyzing the financial aspects of Portable Flow Business and taking actions where necessary.

Experience and knowledge requirements

• Bachelor’s (4-year) Degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.
• 5 years of sales management experience, including field sales and territory management of Portable Pump products (Self Priming and or Submersibles).
• Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
• Technical know-how in dewatering pumps and strong knowledge of the market.
• Strong Entrepreneurial skills.
• CRM knowledge.
• Performance Management skills strong interpersonal skills as well as good listening.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Good level of English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
• Intense Traveling
