You are responsible for secretarial, administrative support and assistance to GM, Director(s)/Center Leads and team(s)/squad(s) and supporting internal information flow and facilitating professional communications with internal and external customers. You facilitate and drive active team collaboration within and across teams and works responsibly, conscientiously, and in compliance with all valid company and legal regulations, guidelines (e.g. Symphony), and accepted ethical standards.Provide general administrative support to multiple teams, ensuring efficient and effective coordination of activities.Estimate and commit to work, select iteration goals, and specify work results.Maintain good relations with internal and external customers, projecting a professional image.Ensure flexible and harmonized collaboration with Business Operations Associates and other departments.Plan and drive local team meetings and events, and support external visitors when required.Contribute to and carry out event administration for international and local congresses and events, in collaboration with relevant initiators.Prepare and track various contracts, maintain registries and handle systems for administrative work, ensuring accurate and compliant archiving of company documents.Who you arePrevious experience in the pharmaceutical industry and as a secretary/assistant with 2-3+ years in office administration, alongside strong IT navigation skills and medical/scientific terminology knowledge.Strong work ethic with accountability, flexibility, proactive/self-driven approach, autonomy, independence, and end-to-end ownership.Ability to efficiently drive daily work, projects, and processes, use critical and innovative thinking for process improvements, multitask, prioritize, and resolve problems.Demonstrate excellent service and customer orientation, assertive communication skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.Exhibit agile skills, flexibility, learning agility, adherence to Roche Values (Integrity, Courage, Passion), compliance with laws and regulations, and fluency in Hungarian and EnglishWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
