We have an exciting new opportunity in the Library, Careers and Enterprise for an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager provides high level support to the senior leadership team by co-ordinating the development of operational plans and budgets, and through pro-active management of business and information flows, and by assisting in the co-ordination and communication of initiatives, projects, actions, and issues. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including students, staff, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the library administrative team, ensuring a customer focussed approach based on the requirements of key stakeholders.
- Provide high level support to the senior leadership team and a variety of key committees and working groups, reviewing papers and reports, preparing documentation, and tracking initiatives, projects, actions, and issues.
- Develop an array of regular reports and dashboards that enable tracking of performance against KPI’s and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Review incoming papers and reports, and effectively and efficiently prepare documentation, communications, correspondence, reports, speeches, and briefing papers as required.
