Xolo has an international team of over 100 professionals who are all dedicated to our mission: making solopreneurship better than employment.💡About the role:We’re looking for a proactive Business Operations Manager based in Italy to support the execution of operational processes in Italy while contributing to growth-related initiatives and market development efforts. In this hybrid role, you will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day ops — ensuring that workflows, customer requests, and compliance-related processes run smoothly — and you will also collaborate on localized growth campaigns, product feedback loops, and initiatives to enhance the user experience for freelancers and small businesses in Italy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on execution and coordination, with active involvement in local strategy and leadership of the Service Delivery Italy team.✍️As a Business Operations Manager at Xolo, you will:

• 🧭 Operations

• Ensure local operational processes are followed correctly (invoicing, expenses, tax filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Compliance) to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor timelines and ensure the timely delivery of services to Italian customers.
• Maintain and improve local documentation and playbooks in coordination with the Head of Local Operations.
• 📈 Growth & Market Insights

• Support local marketing or growth initiatives (e.g. referral programs, special campaigns, local partnerships).
• Gather and share feedback from Italian customers to inform improvements in products or processes.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Customer Success teams to localize and adapt global initiatives for Italy.
• Research local trends, needs, and competitor practices to identify potential opportunities for Xolo.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Native or fluent in Italian and fluent in English.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved across different areas.
• Familiarity with freelancers’ needs and the Italian market context is highly desirable.
