We encourage everyone to share their opinions and ideas, and our leadership wants to hear everyone’s input no matter what role they play in the organization.Job DescriptionWhat you will do daily:As a Business Operations Specialist, you will oversee the sales pipeline and opportunity life cycle from Lead to Order. Your job will be to provide realistic forecasts and help with sales controlling and reporting. We work in a cross functional team, with complex processes. Your role includes optimizing the practices and discovering new areas of improvement within the operations. This will be a tremendous development opportunity and a great learning curve for you!Support the Senior Sales Manager’s and PMO’s workAssist the sales process compliance (legal reviews, pricing, commercial terms and conditions)Coordinate and track progress of contracting and pricingMonitor sales pipelines and create realistic forecasts, reports and sales analyticsTrack unpaid invoices and ensure collection of overdue paymentsUnderstand prospect’s requirements and represent those needs to our employees to help our teams to fulfil our clients’ needsWork towards maintaining healthy client relationshipsPerform other special projects or duties when requiredQualificationsWe would love to hear from you if:You have a solid educational background in business related studies (economics and/or business administration)You have some work experience in Business and Sales OperationsYou thrive when you get to work with complex processesYou can develop a deep understanding of the business and technical contextsYou have outstanding analytical skillsYou can track information and follow up processesYou are ready to own your tasks and optimise old practicesYou speak English fluentlyAdvantages:Experience with SalesforceYou have worked in IT sectorYou understand Excel and PowerBIAdditional InformationWhat’s In It For You:Home Office: We work two days from the office and three days from home – but we don’t check it, we don’t track it and we don’t decide which days you choose.
