BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYSTWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Performance Analyst to join our Business Controlling Department. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing commercial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing actionable strategies to maximize sales efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Controlling, you will work within an ambitious, proactive, and international team environment.This position is based in Genoa.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor performance results to ensure effective control of the assigned business area.
• Support the definition and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting for local and holding management teams.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and annual budgeting processes, including roadmap development, data consolidation, analysis, and presentation.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify variances between forecasted and actual performance.
• Drive the performance management process, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales units across Europe to understand performance metrics and develop improvement initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and perform simulations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales and business operations.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage, interpret, and analyze complex datasets.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and SAP systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
