Apply today!Job DetailsAs a BPM Platform Analyst, you will support the technical direction of platform projects, helping implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions with a focus on RPA technologies. You will work to ensure platforms are performant through effective release management and by integrating proactive security measures to mitigate vulnerabilities. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will align platform initiatives with business needs, driving innovation and technical excellence to enhance platform capabilities and achieve strategic objectives.Technical Support and Project Assistance:

• Assist in the design and development of platform solutions, ensuring scalability and performance, with emphasis on RPA technologies.
• Provide technical platform guidance and support to the development team, especially in the context of BPM/RPA applications.
• Help manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring technical tasks align with defined business goals.
• Support platform infrastructure enhancements to improve robustness and support RPA deployments.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement Leadership:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and innovations that could enhance platform capabilities, particularly in RPA and BPM.
• Actively support the integration and utilization of new BPM technologies to ensure platforms remain cutting-edge and efficient.

Platform Optimization and Innovation:

• Contribute to efforts to optimize platform performance and reliability through continuous assessment and tuning of RPA systems.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to foster innovation and expand platform capabilities, particularly in RPA.
• Assist in developing and implementing scalable solutions to address evolving business needs in automation.

Performance and Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, including RPA processes, to identify and implement improvements.
• Engage in proactive planning to ensure readiness in platform provisioning, preventing deployment hindrances.

Release Management and Environment Architecture:

• Support release management strategies to ensure timely and efficient deployment of platform updates, including RPA components.
• Assist in designing and configuring testing environments to support platform deployment, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

Security and Compliance:

• Conduct assessments to ensure platforms comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, focusing on RPA security.
• Implement measures to enhance platform security and reduce vulnerabilities.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with automation team members, Infrastructure, IT Security, and other stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure technical solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards.
• Effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.

Team Support and Development:

• Encourage the professional growth of team members through targeted training and mentorship.
• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.

.Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with network technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for RPA platforms.
• Ensure infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure to support RPA deployments.
• Choose appropriate infrastructure components (e.g., servers, databases, network) based on RPA needs.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in software development or platform engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical role, especially in RPA.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
