• Lead the global project design and implementation agenda for Castrol, ensuring process simplification objectives are met.
• Ensure full adoption of the Global Quantum Castrol Template and manage changes through the process governance framework.
• Integrate operational process requirements with the Global template, allowing only vital customizations.
• Support Change Management activities to ensure successful launch and embedding of new processes.
• Collaborate with the Quantum Programme Director and Global Process Director on strategic planning and risk management
• Lead team of process and functional specialists across to ensure E2E value chain is included in the project scope
• Ensure integration with Castrol Business Transformation Roadmaps
• Facilitate Castrol LT governance and decision making on scope, budget and implementation

What You will need to be successful:

• Degree (or equivalent experience) level qualification or equivalent (e.g., MBA, Accounting Qualifications).
• Deep experience (15-20 years of experience) in designing, transforming, and maintaining business process models in integrated supply chain areas.
• Practical operational experience in integrated supply chain.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a team and engage with diverse collaborators.
• Business insight and advanced communication skills.
• Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple geographies.
• Advisory environment experience with major transformation engagements and board-level customer interactions.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering business transformation as part of major ERP implementations and/or major business transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of specified process areas and integration points with other data and process areas.
