Your tasks

• support specific European Business solution projects ensuring effective execution, leverage and support in line with agreed activities,
• support the 2 most important IT platforms in EU Business Solutions by providing proactive and timely support to individual users in specific countries, coordinating your efforts with your colleagues who support their own portfolio of users and countries,
• build relationships and co-operate with various functions in Europe (e.g. Finance, Master Data, etc.),
• execute activities in line with agreed European Business strategies and timelines,
• contacts at high level with decision makers,
• tracking and reporting financial investment.

What we expect

• first experience in administration or customer service,
• experience in working in international companies,
• excellent knowledge of English (C1),
• very good knowledge of German (min. B2),
• very good communication and cooperation skills,
• analytic mindset,
• ability to work with data and systems,
• technical skills,
• proficient in PC skills,
• knowledge of tools such as SAP, MS Teams, and PowerBI is a plus.
