Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce (Marketing & Sales)
Hybrid (London/Buckinghamshire)iO Associates is partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Business Systems Analyst skilled in optimising Salesforce for marketing and sales teams. You’ll design scalable solutions across Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, enhance lead-to-opportunity workflows, and support seamless Quote-to-Cash integration.This cross-functional role focuses on improving system performance, campaign efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across a modern GTM tech stack.What We’re Looking For:5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar toolsStrong understanding of lead management, campaign automation, and CRM workflowsHands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, etc.)Bonus: Salesforce certifications, experience with AI tools (Einstein), and QTC/CLM knowledgeApply now to drive innovation in marketing and sales technology within a collaborative, fast-paced team.UK-based candidates only.
