In this role, you will manage the Oracle Product Data Hub and play a pivotal role in driving digital enablement within our organization. The role involves analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and designing and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and a good understanding of business and technology. This person will support the Business Analyst by driving testing, training, and providing ongoing support for implemented systems.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Business Analyst to plan and execute the new Oracle Product Data Hub and related solutions for managing Product Data in MSICollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirementsAnalyze and streamline business processes related to product data managementWork closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specificationsParticipate in testing, implementation, and support activities for the Oracle Product Data HubStay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to product data managementBasic RequirementsBachelors Degree with 8+ years of technical experienceAND 5+ years of designing systems and hands on Oracle experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field5 Years of related experience minimumProven experience in managing Oracle Product Data Hub or similar PIM systemsStrong understanding of product data management processes and best practicesProficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specificationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience with data conversions imports transformations and(or data mapping)Ability to work independently and in a team environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management practicesFamiliarity with Motorola Systems is a plus!Suppose you are a proactive and dedicated individual passionate about leveraging technology to drive digital enablement.
