This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students, with the added responsibility of a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate.Key Information:

• Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that support their learning and exam preparation.
• Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching methods to inspire students.
• Lead and manage a designated area of responsibility within the Business department as part of the TLR.
• Support and mentor less experienced staff members within the department.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 level.
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Business curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students in Business studies.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a school is desirable but not essential.
