The Business Unit Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization focusing on new product development, productivity and quality assurance issues.Managing the business operations and ensure all procedures align with company policies and standards.
Being the first point of contact for external manufacturers
Defining strategies to improve operational workflows
Supporting the implementation of new product line processes in a manufacturing environment
Project management to provide solutions to efficiencyElvárások / RequirementsBsc or Msc degree in engineering
High level of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience is a leadership role/s
High level fluent English knowledge
Project-oriented attitude
