Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior professionals in managing LP relationships with regard to private and liquid credit products across the DACH region, both with existing clients and assisting with expanding the firm’s LP relationships through rigorous prospecting and mapping
• Effectively articulate the firm’s credit offerings to external partners, with an ability to differentiate the Blackstone product suite vs peers and competitors
• Management of investor specific data requests and investor related communications, including fund reporting, investment performance updates and presentations
• Work collaboratively with partnering Blackstone business unit IR functions to represent the firm holistically

• Three plus years of professional experience
• Prior work experience in private credit or alternatives, asset management, investor services and/or investment banking / transaction services is preferred
• Fluent German speaker
• Experience with managing and maintaining LP relationships
• Ability to project manage and execute a wide range of assignments
• Strong presentation skills and ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and outstanding Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
• Candidate should be energetic, self‐motivated, and a team‐oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment ‐ often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
• Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn
• Operate with the highest degree of integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity
