Our client is a leading global investment manager, and they are looking to hire a Software Engineer with strong experience in distributed systems.Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong programming skills in C++ or Rust-you’re comfortable navigating complex systems and solving tough problems.
• A deep understanding of computer science principles, from OOP to algorithms and beyond.
• Solid grasp of multithreading, networking, and Linux internals-you’re ready to optimize and build robust systems.
• Ideally, 1-3 years of professional experience in a programming role.
• An eagerness to start immediately and hit the ground running.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a fast-paced trading or quant environment (but it’s not a deal-breaker if you haven’t).
• Experience with low-latency, high-performance applications, especially in the microseconds-to-milliseconds range.
• Experience with Python for research and working with trading strategies in a quant dev role.
• Expertise in profiling and optimizing code with tools like perf or valgrind.
• Strong background in advanced math or statistics-think stats, probabilities, and complex algorithms.
• Knowledge of blockchain tech and DeFi, with hands-on experience in Solidity, JSON-RPC, MEV, or Solana.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.

Expected salary

€65000 – 120000 per year
