Full-time Client Support Representative. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate that will deliver exceptional care to our clients. Working alongside a great team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, friendly, and consistent service for our clients.Customer Service Responsibilities List:⦁ Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion⦁ Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks⦁ Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or individual following outlined guidelines⦁ Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all clients⦁ Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction⦁ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication⦁ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools⦁ Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution⦁ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies⦁ Take the extra mile to engage clientsRequirements and skills:⦁ 2-3 years call center experience⦁ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening⦁ Demonstrate ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to clients in a compassionate manner⦁ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills⦁ Ability to multi-task⦁ Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively⦁ Proficient in Microsoft OfficeJob Type: Full-time/Part timePay: $20.00 – $30.50 per hourBenefits:
