Call Centre AssistantStore: Specsavers Tetbury*New store opening April 2024*Potential start date as soon as possible – initial training will start in Specsavers Stroud before store openingHours: Full time – 40 hours (saturday working is essential – may require sundays in future)Salary: Starting salary of £10.62 per hour, rising to £11.64 in April 2024Benefits: Free parking, Specsavers perks programme, staff, friends and family discounts in store, additional birthday day off, company sick pay depending on length of service, enhanced maternity & paternity payExperience – Previous call centre experience is preferred but not essential for this roleFull training provided – with great career progression opportunitesAt Specsavers, our Receptionists / Call Centre / Customer Service Advisors are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey.We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.Joining our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.

• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
• Transferring calls efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
• Dispensing over the phone
• Triaging patients with eye & health concerns
