Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks;
- Liaising with maintenance providers;
- Ensure that the link between Part-145 AMO and the CAMO is defined and maintained as per the contract;
- Identify and resolve any problems or resource shortages in accordance with existing procedures as detailed in the CAME;
- Monitoring and tracking aircraft maintenance programs;
- Reviewing airworthiness directives (ADs) and service bulletins (SBs);
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft records, including maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation in accordance with EASA Part-M M.A.305.;
- Performance analysis and reporting;
- Assist the auditor during an audit of responsibility area and implement corrective actions mutually agreed upon with the Compliance Monitoring Manager or Auditor;
- Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives within the CAMO department;
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency;
- Ensures that all maintenance activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, airworthiness standards, and industry best practices;
- Participate in fleet planning activities, such as evaluating the performance and suitability of aircrafts, assessing the impact of fleet expansion or retirement, and providing recommendations for fleet optimization;
- Liaise with OEM and TCA when needed;
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Technical Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or higher non-university aviation engineering/mechanic education and not less than 2 years experience in aviation related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management; or 5 years experience in aviation related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management;
- Completed training in accordance with CAME/0.3.4;
- Boeing 737 CL/NG general familiarization training certificate would be considered as an advantage;
- Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written);
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Cooperation and ability to work in team;
- Able to understand OEM documents: AIPC; AMM; CMM; etc.;
- Able to organize maintenance activities in an effective and timely manner;
- Be able to travel for business trips;
- Be flexible regarding working time (if required).
