Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will be responsible for summer intern, spring insight and apprentice recruitment for Capital Markets, Wealth Management and other RBC platforms as required.The Campus Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with key internal business stakeholders, execute the attraction and recruitment plan for summer intern, spring insight, apprentice and full time graduate hiring (where required) and other early talent recruitment programmes across platforms.A key focus of the role will be attracting and recruiting a diverse intake of hires, regardless of the programme.What will you do?Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders in all UK platforms as required throughout the duration of each campus recruitment cycle.Represent RBC, promote Campus opportunities across platforms, identify and recruit a diverse talent pool through attendance at on campus events and all other recruitment marketing events.Screen, evaluate and shortlist applications submitted for Summer, Spring and other Early Talent roles.Act as a program manager for Capital Markets intern campus hires and facilitate mid-term evaluation / end placement intern evaluation process with business stakeholders.Liaise with relevant internal Learning and Campus Recruiting partners to plan intern Summer training program.Travel to / from and represent RBC at campus-related events during peak recruitment season (September to December) and out of season is required.Accountable for all logistical details of candidate interviews and delegating responsibility to the Campus Coordinator (including coordinating meeting space, candidate and interviewer schedules, enlisting business support, approving candidate travel, etc.).Facilitate and ensure an efficient on-boarding activity for summer interns working collaboratively with relevant HR Teams.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveStrong recruiting and attraction experience (supplier or in-house) with at least one annual cycle (12 months) of Campus Recruitment experience.Strong organisational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload as well as keen attention to detail.Proven experience of evaluating / interviewing applicants for Early Talent roles.Capability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within a matrix organisation.Nice-to-havePrevious recruitment experience within financial services is highly preferred.Previous experience of campus / early talent recruitment in Europe.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best – progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
