• Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge
• Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers

• Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects

• Analyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points

• Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration of the software
• Create customized offers and negotiate contract terms

• Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period

Account ManagerNurture long-term relationships with our clients and:

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy
• Analyze and understand in depth your customers’ IT projects: you will be their Odoo sales expert!
• Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers’ use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo
• Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users
• Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions

Business AnalystEngage with clients to implement Odoo across various apps!This role include tasks like:

• analyzing client needs and suggest solutions
• delivering personalized training sessions
• play a key role in supporting the growth of our partner network, coaching partners worldwide, and handling long-term projects
• working on diverse projects simultaneously
• never stop learning!

Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, or Marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to implement Odoo comprehensively. Field experience and a few years of expertise are valued for this dynamic role 🔥MUST HAVE 🎯

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
• Work permit in Italy
• 0-3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Knowledge and/or experience in the field
• Ability to learn and evolve quickly
