Car Sales Executive Required in Canterbury, Kent

• Basic Salary: £15,000 | OTE: £40,000 – £45,000
• Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 | Saturday 08:30 – 17:00 (Day off in lieu) | NO SUNDAYS
• Company Car Included

What Will You Be Doing as a Car Sales Executive?

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to match them with their ideal vehicle.
• Delivering a tailored and engaging sales experience while following the structured sales process.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
• Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Advising customers on financing, insurance, and accessory options.
• Accurately handling part-exchange appraisals and customer data.

What Do You Need to be a Car Sales Executive?

• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Target-driven mindset and a competitive nature.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
